SEEKING INFO: One Year Since Samantha Windsor’s Tragic DeathExactly one year ago, on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, 26-year-old, Samantha Windsor tragically lost her life in a vehicle hit-and-run at the 14300 Block of Old Redmond Rd. in Redmond at approximately 4:10 AM. This case is still under active investigation by Redmond WA Police and Samantha’s devastated family. No video footage or vehicle description has been found thus far.
